Baked Zucchini Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 cloves Fresh garlic, peeled minced
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- Basil fresh
- 1/2 cup cheese, parmesan
Instructions
- Slice zucchini and place in casserole dish.
- Mix garlic with oil.
- Brush oil over zucchini.
- Top with tomatoes, also brushed with garlic oil.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
- Top with basil before serving.
