Zucchini and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini large
- 1 cup mild Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 Jalapeno pepper finely chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large frying pan. Grate zucchini into pan and cook at a medium temperature until it is soft. Stirring occasionally.
- Add the cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the jalapeno, garlic, onion flakes and salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 more minutes, stirring often to keep the cheese from sticking to the bottom.
