Steamed Zucchini
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb Medium zucchini; cut in 1/4
Instructions
- Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. Place zucchini in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 5-7 minutes or until zucchini is bright green and tender. Drain and season with salt and pepper to taste. Posted to recipelu-digest by molony on Mar 10, 1998
